Cost: $1.5 million Stalco performed a complete fit-out of a two-level home furnishing and interior supply store located within the Atlas Park Mall in New York City’s Glendale neighborhood. The retail facility houses bedding, bathroom, and window dressing departments on the lower level, and the main sales floor, cash register counters, bathrooms, and offices on the ground level. The store features black-stained polished concrete floors, painted drywall walls, drywall soffit and exposed structure ceilings, a steel and concrete stair with ornamental handrails, ADA-compliant chair lift. Stalco installed MEP systems, including more than 300 hi-hat and suspended track lights, cold and hot air distribution system, sprinklers, and bathroom fixtures. © 2011-2014 Stalco Construction, Inc.
