| Stalco completed an extensive renovation and expansion of the Babylon Town Hall, originally erected in 1917. The project converted the landmark structure listed on the National Register of Historic Places into the Town of Babylon History Museum. |

| Stalco performed the final phase of the restoration, which encompassed construction of a two-story, 800-square-foot addition that houses a lobby and a hydraulic elevator, interior restorations, construction of the museum’s exhibition space, and ADA compliance improvements. |

| The crews removed a section of the town hall’s wall and reused the brick to erect the addition. The addition features a reinforced concrete foundation with formed footings and a 31-inch-thick floor slab; CMU concrete block bearing walls with brick facing; EPDM roof and light gauge steel frame roof support structure; 37-foot-high CMU block elevator shaft that houses a four-stop Canton hydraulic piston elevator; honed granite steps; and a new wheelchair access ramp. |

| Many architectural elements were re-used or reproduced to match the design of the original building. This included brick and ornate cast stone detailing from the removed exterior wall as well as restoration and replication of raised panel doors, wooden-frame windows, faux cast stone windows, cast stone detailing, and 30 feet of vertical copper rain leader. |

| The interior finishes include marble floors, drywall ceilings, millwork chair rails throughout the interiors, and replicated period ceramic tiles in the renovated bathrooms, all of which were matched to reflect the aesthetic and spirit of original detailing. |
