| Stalco completely renovated and expanded a large public library, which serves 15,000 patrons. The facility now features a new, large, glazed entrance atrium, a renovated exterior, and energy efficient mechanical and electrical infrastructure. |

| The interiors house two main stories and two mezzanine levels, including the 12,670-sq. ft. main floor and the 3,500-sq. ft. lower level. The enlarged children’s room is designed to provide an enriching environment for children and families. The architectural focal point of the children’s section is a circular ceiling feature with a continuous line of LED light strips installed on its perimeter. The RGB color of the perimeter light is programmable through an Acuity Controls system. |

| There are now also dedicated areas for seniors that have comfortable furniture. A large, dividable community room and meeting room space were designed to be used for the library’s multitude of community programs. There is additional space for public seating and leisure reading, and quiet rooms for individual and group study. Stalco also resurfaced and enlarged a parking lot, built a new drainage system with 20 leaching pools, and installed new landscaping. |
