| Stalco served as construction manager for the interior fit-out of the new headquarters of Driven Local, a digital marketing, advertising, and design firm. The company’s new offices are located within CA, Inc.’s 778,000-sq. ft. headquarters campus. Stalco converted an area previously occupied by CA into the new tenant space, utilizing numerous existing elements such as finishes, lighting, and mechanical systems. |

| The tech loft-type interior design, popular among TAMI firms, reflects the technology focus of Driven Local. The headquarters houses executive, administrative, and operations offices; a large teleconference and meeting room; small team work and meeting rooms; and an employee pantry. The executive offices are located near the building’s core, while two open office sections are near the windows, to allow all employees access to natural light. The centrally located pantry doubles as a social space for employees. |

| As part of the project, Stalco built a server room, which required increasing the amount of electrical power supplied to the space and the installation of a dedicated split A/C unit located in the server room. The finishes and fixtures include carpet and tile flooring, acoustical tile ceilings, aluminum frame and glass internal divider walls, and LED ceiling lights. |
