| Serving as construction manager, Stalco built out the new 22,000-sq. ft. offices of First Data Corporation, a financial services company, which relocated some of its personnel to One CA Plaza. |

| First Data had a strict deadline, as their prior lease was expiring. Therefore, Stalco fit out a total of 20 new private offices and 15,000-sq. ft. of open plan office space in only 30 days’ time. To accelerate construction and reduce the cost, the project team reused many elements of the former CA, Inc.’s offices that formerly occupied the space, including workstations, selected finishes, lighting, and acoustical ceilings. Ten of the private offices are on the perimeter of the floor and are for First Data senior executives. The remaining offices are in an annex space. |

| Stalco also managed construction of a new server room, new egress corridors, new doors, and new drywall divider walls, as well as the installation of carpeting throughout. The crews installed new electrical connections and reconfigured the existing HVAC systems in order to best accommodate the new layout. The work also included upgrading the HVAC system in the server room |
