| Stalco served as general contractor for the extensive expansion, renovation, and upgrade program at the two-story Kings Park High School. The project entailed the addition and expansion of a lobby, cafeteria structure, and five-classroom wing; replacement of 250 windows and 25,000 square feet of acoustical ceilings; renovations to the roof, classrooms, band and music rooms, lobby, kitchen, offices, and bathrooms; and energy efficiency upgrades. Stalco also built a new bus loop, sidewalks, curbs, retaining wall, and ADA access ramp and railings. |

| The additions feature concrete wall and slab on grade foundations, steel structures, brick and block walls, and aluminum and glass curtain walls. Stalco installed flat EPPM roof systems. The interiors feature Epoxy terrazzo and VCT flooring. The lobby addition is integrated with the reconfigured vehicle and pedestrian traffic lanes, providing an exterior plaza to allow students a safe place to gather clear of vehicles. The lobby interior features glazed tile walls. |
