| Following a successful completion of Stalco’s first project for Lush North America, the company’s store in SoHo, Lush retained Stalco as general contractor for its new store located inside Manhattan Mall at Herald Square. |

| Situated on the street level, with a dedicated street entrance and display windows, the new store faces Herald Square, a busy intersection of Broadway, Avenue of the Americas, and West 33rd Street. |

| Stalco delivered the project on a super-accelerated, 30-day schedule in order to allow the store to open in time for the holiday shopping season. Construction work was performed both during the day and at night in order to avoid pedestrian and vehicular traffic, which impeded deliveries. Necessary plumbing and electrical systems shutdowns took place at night to prevent interruptions to operations of other retail outlets at the mall. |

| The store features dropped ceilings, stained hardwood and tile floors, painted gypsum board walls, wooden merchandise display fixtures and furniture, and pendant, recessed, and track lighting fixtures. Stalco installed interior and window signage and backlit informational boards. |

| The project included installation of all new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. In order to allow the store to operate with the entrance door open to attract passersby, Stalco installed an air curtain-style heating and air-conditioning unit above the door. |

| The construction work was closely coordinated with the Vancouver, Canada-based Lush design and store construction executives. |
