| Stalco served as general contractor for the complete interior fit-out of the Lush store in SoHo. The construction team delivered the project on an accelerated 45-day schedule. |

| The store features exposed ceilings, stained hardwood floors, painted gypsum board walls, wooden merchandise display fixtures and furniture, and pendant and track lighting fixtures. Stalco installed interior and window signage and backlit informational boards. |
|
| The project included installation of all new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. In order to allow the store to operate with the entrance door open to attract passing pedestrians, Stalco installed an air curtain-style heating and air-conditioning unit above the door. |

| The construction process was closely coordinated with Vancouver, Canada-based Lush store design and construction executives. |
