| Stalco served as general contractor for the complete interior renovation of the SCOPE Education Services headquarters in Smithtown, NY. |
|
| The project encompassed demolition of pre-existing interiors and construction of new offices within a two-story building that serves as SCOPE headquarters. In order to accommodate the client's request for uninterrupted operations during construction, Stalco performed the renovation in three phases. The phased schedule allowed SCOPE employees to work in areas that were either already renovated or awaiting renovation, while construction continued in other sections of the building. |

| The new headquarters features the entrance lobby and reception, administrative offices for after-school programs, bathrooms, and a mailroom on the first floor. The second floor houses three executive offices, an open office space with 16 workstations, and bathrooms. |

| Interior finishes include suspended acoustical ceilings, drywall divider walls, broadloom carpet, VCT tiles, porcelain tile flooring, and 2x2 lay-in luminescent lighting fixtures. |
|
| Building systems work included modifications to the HVAC systems and new voice and data systems and wiring. |
